Are you a graduate looking to start your career in education? We are working in partnership with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Lewisham who are seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025 for the full academic year.

This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, or those passionate about supporting children's learning to gain valuable classroom experience.

• Support the class teacher with planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging lessons

• Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning

• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support

• Help to create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

• Support pupils with varying needs, including SEN, EAL, and gifted learners

• A graduate (degree in any subject considered)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine interest in working in education and supporting young learners

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to working term time only

• Experience with children (paid or voluntary) is desirable but not essential

• Competitive daily rate from £96 - £104 based on experience

• Paid weekly through our internal PAYE payroll - no umbrella company fees
