As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will:

? Support pupils across Year 1 and Year 2 in their day-to-day learning

? Deliver small-group interventions and 1:1 support as needed

? Assist the class teacher with preparation, behaviour support, and creative activities

? Build strong, trusting relationships with children and help them develop socially and emotionally

? Contribute to the warm, inclusive ethos of the school
