About the Role

We’re working with a thriving and ambitious primary schools in Barnet that’s looking to recruit a motivated apprentice to join their team in September 2025.

You’ll support pupils across the classroom and in sports-based activities, helping to raise attainment and encourage active learning.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • One-to-one and small group academic support
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
  • Supporting pupils’ educational and behavioural development
  • Preparing classroom and sports resources
  • Providing feedback to teachers and, where appropriate, parents
  • Helping run extracurricular activities such as revision sessions and sports clubs

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Enthusiastic about education and child development
  • Skilled in numeracy and literacy- GCSE or Functional Skills

  • Able to commit to a 12-month apprenticeship programme
