Are you a high-achieving Maths graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a school setting? Were recruiting for a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a well-regarded boys secondary school in Barnet, supporting students aged 1418 with both special educational needs and academic interventions.
As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, youll be working across GCSE and A-Level year groups, supporting students with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, and dyscalculia. Youll play a key role in delivering Maths interventions in small groups and 1:1, helping to build students confidence and fill critical learning gaps.
In your day-to-day as a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, youll:
- Assist in mainstream lessons alongside subject teachers
- Provide tailored Maths support through structured interventions
- Collaborate with the SEND and Maths departments to monitor progress
- Help students develop strategies for problem-solving and independent learning
