Nursery Assistant

A friendly and nurturing nursery in The borough of Greenwich is seeking a caring, energetic, and reliable Nursery Assistants to join their dedicated early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about working with young children and supporting their early development in a warm, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the daily care and supervision of children aged 0–5 years

• Assisting in planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

• Promoting a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment

• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and physical development

• Helping with mealtimes, personal care, and maintaining a clean setting

• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A genuine passion for working with young children

• Experience in a nursery, childcare, or early years setting 

• A warm, friendly, and proactive attitude

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Pediatric Frist Aid Certificate

• A Level 2 childcare qualification is desirable
