About the Role:

This full-time Nursery Assistant position will involve working with children aged 3 to 5 years old. You will support their development through creative play, early learning activities, and personalised attention that meets each child's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and support play-based learning that is responsive to the interests and developmental stages of young children.
  • Observe and track children's progress, contributing to early assessments and goal-setting.
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and supportive nursery environment, ensuring children thrive emotionally and socially.
  • Build strong and positive relationships with parents and carers, sharing updates and milestones regularly.
