Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools | Inner West LondonLocation: Primary schools across Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, and WestminsterStart Date: ASAP

Are you a proactive and enthusiastic individual eager to support children's learning in a flexible and fulfilling role? We are looking for committed Teaching Assistants to join our team, working in vibrant primary schools throughout Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster. If you're passionate about education and can ideally commit to five days a week, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of primary year groups

  • Assist with classroom management and offer one-to-one or small group support as needed

  • Help prepare teaching materials and classroom resources

  • Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive learning environment

  • Provide additional support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN), where required

  • Foster positive relationships with pupils and staff to enhance the learning experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in a school environment (preferred, but not essential)

  • A patient, caring, and adaptable attitude

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team

  • A good understanding of the primary curriculum is advantageous

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Ideally available five days per week
