SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-Time | Primary School in Greenwich | Start Date: September 2025

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the heart of Greenwich is seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a warm, supportive staff community in a school that truly values its team and the children they serve.

The role will be based in a specialist SEN class, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The ideal candidate will be someone who is patient, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about working with children with additional needs. Whether you already have experience in a similar role or are looking to begin your career in education or child support, this position offers the chance to make a real impact in a child's life.

Day-to-day, you will be supporting individual pupils and small groups, helping them access the curriculum in a way that suits their learning style. You'll work closely with the class teacher and wider SEN team to deliver structured support, implement behaviour strategies, and encourage personal development. The school is proud of its collaborative environment and offers regular training and development opportunities to help staff grow and succeed.

This is a full-time, term-time only role, and would suit someone who is reliable, committed, and ready to become part of a genuinely lovely team. The school has a strong community spirit, excellent leadership, and a child-centred approach that underpins everything they do.

If you're interested in joining a school where your contribution is truly valued, we'd love to hear from you. Please send your CV and a brief cover letter to apply.

Please note, this position is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
