The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The position begins in September 2025 and will continue through to the end of the term initially, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Role Overview
This position offers a valuable opportunity for individuals looking to begin or develop their career in education. The successful Teaching Assistant will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
- Encourage student engagement and positive behaviour

Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A degree (any subject)
- An Enhanced DBS Disclosure (or be willing to obtain one)
- The legal right to work in the UK
- A CV covering at least the last 10 years of employment (where applicable)
- Relevant reference checks
