- Experienced TAs or LSAs looking for a fresh opportunity
- Passionate about inclusive education and child development
- Keen to gain school-based experience before starting teacher training
Your Role Will Involve:
- Supporting pupils both in class and during targeted interventions
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and daily routines
- Working with children with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties
- Helping to foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
