Horizon Teachers are currently working with a Primary School in Southwark that are requiring a Teaching Assistant to support one of their students within their Reception class, on a 1:1 basis, staring in ASAP until the end of the academic year in July 2025, on a full-time basis.The child you will be working with has mild learning difficulties, such as Autism which can lead to challenging behaviours. You will need to use your initiative to best support them to reach their full potential. Due to the needs to the student you will be closely working with, it would be very desirable if you have previous experience working with children that have Special Educational Needs, either within a educational or residential setting.This will be a very rewarding role and will pay up to £575 per week.What the school are looking for in a Teaching Assistant:
