A welcoming and well-established primary school in Hillingdon is seeking a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant to provide targeted support for pupils with special educational needs (SEND). This full-time position begins in September 2025, with the potential to continue into the following academic year based on a successful trial period.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one support for pupils with SEND (year group to be confirmed)

Support small groups within the classroom to enhance learning outcomes

Work collaboratively with class teachers to deliver tailored support plans

Assist pupils with SEND, EAL, and behavioural needs

Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience supporting children with SEND and/or EAL

Strong behaviour management and the ability to remain calm and adaptable

A proactive, nurturing approach to supporting learning

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
