• Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.

• Work with pupils one-to-one or in small groups to reinforce learning.

• Support pupils with additional needs under the guidance of the SENCO.

• Willing to undertake training and receive guidance from experienced staff.

• Ideally has some voluntary or paid experience in a school or childcare setting (not essential).
