We’re seeking a talented and motivated EMEA Indirect Tax Analyst to join a high-performing team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions, develop deep expertise in indirect tax, and gain exposure to strategic tax projects in a global environment. You’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders in both EMEA and the US, delivering compliance, advisory and governance support on a variety of tax matters — all while helping to improve processes and drive continuous innovation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on VAT reporting and indirect tax compliance across multiple EMEA entities.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of indirect tax returns.
  • Act as the main point of contact for product and service tax classification.
  • Support tax audits and liaise with authorities and external advisors.
  • Conduct research and provide advisory support on indirect tax matters.
  • Contribute to transfer pricing documentation and analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and strengthen governance.
  • Collaborate on risk management initiatives and ensure compliance frameworks are robust.

 

 

What we’re looking for

  • Degree-qualified and tax/accountancy certified.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a tax-focused role, ideally with indirect tax exposure.
  • Strong understanding of VAT and indirect tax principles across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret financial and tax data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex tax concepts.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
