Owen Reed is looking to recruit a Workflow Coordinator or a Document Production Specialist to support a top law firm on a remote basis.As a Workflow Coordinator / Document Production Specialist, you will:
- Manage and optimise workflow processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Ensure all documents adhere to house style and firm-specific procedures
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest effective solutions to improve workflow
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain clear communication with fee earners for complex tasks
- Ensure deadlines are realistic and renegotiate when necessary
- Keep the workflow system and DPC inbox consistently updated
The Candidate:
The ideal Workflow Coordinator / Document Production Specialist will have:
- Exceptional technical skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in document production practices and technologies
- A proactive, flexible attitude with a "can do" approach
- Ability to work independently with excellent initiative and judgement
