Owen Reed is looking to recruit a Workflow Coordinator or a Document Production Specialist to support a top law firm on a remote basis.As a Workflow Coordinator / Document Production Specialist, you will:

  • Manage and optimise workflow processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure all documents adhere to house style and firm-specific procedures
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest effective solutions to improve workflow
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
  • Maintain clear communication with fee earners for complex tasks
  • Ensure deadlines are realistic and renegotiate when necessary
  • Keep the workflow system and DPC inbox consistently updated

The Candidate:

The ideal Workflow Coordinator / Document Production Specialist will have:

  • Exceptional technical skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in document production practices and technologies
