Working Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Reporting Into Engineering Manager

TecRec are currently searching for an experienced Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer to work on a high-end commercial site based in Marble Arch, Central London.

Our client was formed over 30 years ago and has now developed into a thriving independent building services engineering provider with an outstanding reputation in the market.

This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.

As an Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for providing planned & reactive maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining commercial buildings and looking to progress to Supervisor in the next couple of years.

Location Marble Arch, Central London

Managing logbooks.

This is a very client facing role and you will be based at the clients London HQ.

No call out as covered by the mobile team.

Responsible for ensuring effective diagnostic of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment.

Record and document all work carried out and raise appropriate documentation as quotes as required.

The ideal candidate must have good all round building services knowledge.

NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installations

18th edition

Mechanical qualifications will be advantageous
