We are currently on the hunt for an enthusiastic electrically bias engineer looking to find an opportunity to grow within a business and gain training to become the best engineer possible. Our clients have a great reputation in the building services sector providing their engineers with pay rises/ bonus schemes. They are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer who wants to be hands on and get involved in a mix of different tasks. This position will be working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. To be succesful in this role you need to be fully electrically qualified holding Electrical Installations City and Guilds of EAL. (apprentice trained desirably) Duties:
- PPMs & Reactive maintenance
- Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
- Organising subcontractors
- Quotations
- Health & Safety
- Logbooks
- Risk assessments
- Permits to work
Requirements:
- Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance
- Polite and personable
- Apprentice trained - Desirable, not essential
Salary and Benefits:
- £45,000
