Maintenance Services Engineer OpportunitySeeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Services Engineer to join an established in-house team at a prestigious company in the United Kingdom. This exciting role offers the chance to play a vital part in ensuring the smooth, cost-effective, and sustainable operation of the company's state-of-the-art facilities.As a Maintenance Services Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the company's building services, including heating, lighting, ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical distribution, water supply, sanitation, fire protection, and more. You will work closely with the in-house team, as well as interact with building users and third-party service providers, to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of the company's critical systems.The ideal candidate for this Maintenance Services Engineer position will possess the following qualifications and skills:- City & Guilds Electrical Installation Level 3 Apprenticeship or equivalent- Knowledge and experience working in a large office environment- Proficiency in 18th Edition IEE Regulations- Expertise in electrical testing and inspection (desirable)- Understanding of L8 regulations- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and lighting controls- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Knowledge of health and safety standards and legislation- Competence in technical drawing, computer modelling, and IT- High voltage authorisation (desirable)In return, the company offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped facility with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility.
