Interim Culture and Behavioural Change Lead - London Hybrid - c550-650 per day inside scopeA leading global technology business.Your new role Working as part of a wider People and Culture team, you will be responsible for defining and embedding new behaviours into the business to support new business strategy. You will be responsible for scoping the new ways of working, role modelling, planning workshops, driving actions and running the program.What you'll need to succeed With proven experience gained within a global matrix context, you will be able to demonstrate your experience of defining and embedding new cultures and behaviours across an organisation. You will be able to demonstrate strong change management and project management skills within people and culture change as communications within the business.
