Advert Description:

Our client is seeking a full-time compensation and benefits professional to join their team in this newly created role.

The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive specialist to support with compensation, benefits, and payroll functions across the UK and Europe. Assisting in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business goals and market trends, while also overseeing accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance and service delivery of all benefits vendors, consultants, and system providers, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Lead the annual benefit renewals including cost/benefit analyses and recommendations.
  • Manage renewal of expatriate UK Global Private Health Plan and ensure compliance with UK AE pension legislation.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy.
  • Work with the HR manager to ensure that benefits enhance the employee experience.
  • Keep abreast of legislative updates concerning compensation and benefits to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage the company car leasing programme liaising with account managers throughout Europe.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to coordinate payroll operations, or include tax compliance and audit readiness.
  • Oversee and act as a support for gathering and submission of all payroll modifications for UK, UK Modified PAYE and 8 European countries

Candidate Requirements:

Must have excellent, recent knowledge and experience of UK and European compensation and benefits as well as European and Ex-pat payroll experience. Experience in managing third party vendor relationships, excellent numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. High proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and data reporting / presentation skills.
