A leading organisation are currently seeking a Employee Relations Specialist to manage multiple ER cases at one time and support the organization with structural changes

Role & Responsibilities:
- Report progress on ER cases
- Work closely with internal and external legal teams to discuss ER cases
- Oversee the company structural change including redundancy processes
- Managed complex ER cases to resolution
- Work with managers on ER queries and give guidance
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working in ER positions
- Experience overseeing organization structural changes
- Great attention to detail
- CIPD Level 3 +
- An excellent communicator
- Hard-working and ambitious
Package:
- Up to 350 per day (Umbrella rate)
