Their mission: to help individuals re-enter the workforce and secure lasting employment.As an Employment Advisor, you’ll manage a caseload of 40 individuals who have been unemployed long-term. You’ll offer tailored, one-to-one support designed to help each person overcome their barriers to work. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting better-off calculations to demonstrate the financial benefits of employment.
Supporting clients with CV writing and interview preparation.

Building confidence and motivation through coaching and encouragement.
