Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential candidates using a range of sourcing strategies

Build and manage relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs

Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing through to placement

Collaborate with your team while taking ownership of your own client and candidate pipelines
