Daily Duties Will Include:
Conduct market research and identify emerging talent in life sciences
Build long-term relationships with scientists, researchers, and hiring managers
Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skillset and passion
Manage the recruitment process from initial call to placement
Collaborate with clients across the UK, EU, and US markets
