With 14 offices across the UK and Ireland, we have built strong partnerships with Tier 1 clients and secured positions on highly sought-after PSLs. As part of our continued growth journey, we are now looking for an outstanding leader to drive our Rail & Civils division forward.  
 
The Role: 

In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of our Rail & Civils recruitment services, leading from the front to deliver ambitious growth plans. You will combine a strong commercial mindset with deep sector expertise, building high-preforming teams, strengthening client partnerships, and securing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Growth – Develop and execute a business strategy to expand our Rail & Civils recruitment services. 

Develop & maintain strong client relationships – Liaise with key stakeholders across rail and civil engineering projects. 
 
Financial & Commercial Management – Take ownership of divisional P&L, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency. 
 
Team Leadership – Build, mentor, and manage a dynamic recruitment team, driving performance and results. 
 
Market Expertise – Stay ahead of industry trends, positioning O'Neill & Brennan as a go-to partner in Rail & Civils recruitment. 

 
About You: 

  • Proven leadership experience in Rail & Civils recruitment 

  • A strong network within the UK infrastructure sector and a track record of winning & developing client relationships. 

  • Commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, business development, and strategic growth initiatives. 

  • Excellent leadership & team development skills, fostering a high-performance culture.
