The Role:Â
In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of our Rail & Civils recruitment services, leading from the front to deliver ambitious growth plans. You will combine a strong commercial mindset with deep sector expertise, building high-preforming teams, strengthening client partnerships, and securing new opportunities. Â

Key Responsibilities:Â
Strategic Growth – Develop and execute a business strategy to expand our Rail & Civils recruitment services.Â
Develop & maintain strong client relationships – Liaise with key stakeholders across rail and civil engineering projects.Â

Financial & Commercial Management – Take ownership of divisional P&L, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.Â
Â
Team Leadership – Build, mentor, and manage a dynamic recruitment team, driving performance and results.Â

Market Expertise – Stay ahead of industry trends, positioning O'Neill & Brennan as a go-to partner in Rail & Civils recruitment.Â

Proven leadership experience in Rail & Civils recruitmentÂ

A strong network within the UK infrastructure sector and a track record of winning & developing client relationships.Â

Commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, business development, and strategic growth initiatives.Â
