You will be responsible for creating and executing HR strategies, policies, procedures, and guidance, while designing and delivering HR support services across the organisation. Your role will ensure the organisation has an efficient approach to resourcing, along with the development of a skilled, engaged, and empowered workforce, fostering a supportive and inclusive culture.As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will oversee the technical delivery of your responsibilities, all while embodying and promoting our core values in your day-to-day work.What you'll need to succeedYou will take the lead in overseeing the HR function, providing strategic direction to ensure the support offered to managers aligns with the organisation's goals and supports the achievement of objectives through its people. You will assume full responsibility for all areas related to:

  • Employee health, safety, and wellbeing

As the organisation's HR expert, you will set the standard in leading people-centred change and offer practical, effective solutions for fostering and maintaining a positive and inclusive culture that reflects our core values. You will ensure that HR services are efficient and operate seamlessly, managing relationships with external service providers to ensure optimal value for money. Additionally, you will deliver key advisory and business support services related to HR, learning, and organisational development across the organisation.You will take charge of delivering our Employee Value Proposition, ensuring that our benefits and practices effectively attract and retain a diverse and talented workforce.
