Permanent People Strategy Change & Communications Lead (18m FTC)

Be-Resourcing is proud to support our client, a forward-thinking legal firm with a strong global presence, in their search for a dynamic People Strategy Change & Communications Lead. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of the People Strategy across the organisation. As part of a recently established HR Business Strategy team, you will collaborate closely with HR colleagues and key stakeholders, ensuring cohesive communication and a smooth transition during change initiatives. This position offers the flexibility of hybrid working and is based in one of our client's multiple UK office locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the People Strategy.
  • Identify potential risks and resistance to change, crafting effective mitigation plans.
  • Assess the impact of change on various groups within the organisation.
  • Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
  • Develop engaging content for emails, intranet, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to align internal and external communication efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to senior leadership regarding the People Strategy's progress.
  • Work alongside the comms team to ensure alignment of messaging.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Support the alignment of change and communications for Workday implementation.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in managing change projects or programs with a focus on people.
  • Proven delivery of change in professional services or within a Partnership model.
  • Expertise in creating communication plans and content.
  • A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of communication tools and platforms.
  • Strong background in HR or People Strategy.
