Talent Acquisition Specialist / City of London / PermanentOverview:My client, a leading commodities trading organisation based within the city of London, are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. The role will be focused on recruiting top talent for their London office.Role & Responsibilities:
  • Lead recruitment campaigns and manage end-to-end hiring processes
  • Support onboarding and coach managers on recruitment best practices
  • Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring compliance with employment law
  • Produce regular HR reports and support compensation benchmarking
  • Contribute to HR projects, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement
  • Handle visa applications and manage external recruitment relationships
  • Stay up to date with employment legislation and company policies
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven HR recruitment experience with a strategic mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and resourceful self-starter
  • International HR experience is desirable but not essential
  • Proficiency in a second language is desirable but not essential
