Our client is searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to take the lead in sourcing, attracting talent for their London vacancies. The role is initially a 12 month contract with the potential to become permanent. If you enjoy recruiting a variety of executive and specialist roles and introducing best practices, we want to hear from you! If you would prefer to work part time, 4 days per a week, we are also considering part time and fulltime applications.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Strategy
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and selection criteria.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and guide hiring teams on best practices.
- Enhance employer branding and boost online presence in collaboration with Communications.
Candidate & Employee Experience
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on job descriptions, adverts, and recruitment methods.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience, working closely with L&D and People Partners.
- Maintain communication with new hires during their first six months to ensure engagement.
- Collect feedback to improve the candidate journey and overall hiring experience.
Reporting & Compliance
- Track and report key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and negotiate cost-effective hiring solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: Significant in-house recruitment experience managing multiple UK vacancies across a broad spectrum of roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to implement process efficiencies and improve hiring workflows.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems
- People-Centric Approach: Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable: Understanding of employment law related to recruitment practices.
Location: Tower Hill - 1 - 2 x days in the London office (flexibility available)Hours: 36 per week
Remuneration: £60K plus extensive benefits.
