- End to end recruitment cycle management, from identify business needs to offer stage.
- Working alongside line managers to identify needs and creating job specs.
- Posting job adverts, managing all responses.
- Actively sourcing candidates, conducing screening interviews and selection process to put forward to hiring managers.
- Creating a talent pools, using multiple mediums, including LinkedIn Recruitment, job boards, specific hiring programmes such as graduates and using recruitment agencies.
- Building relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities and training providers.
- Fully management of candidates assessment and interview stages.
- Working with HR and Talent team to ensuring all candidates have a excellent candidate journey throughout every point of interaction and inline with companies’ values.
- Experienced recruiting within the Insurance sector is preferred, open to Financial Services.
- At least four years working in a RPO or inhouse recruiter roles.
- Skilful in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Job boards and ATS systems.
- Strong relationship building skills, both internally and externally.
