Meraki is partnering with an Insurance Firm, looking for a Talent Partner to join the business on a 12month fixed term contract. You will have experience working in the Insurance sector and managed end to end recruitment cycle.Talent Partner Responsibilities:
  • End to end recruitment cycle management, from identify business needs to offer stage.
  • Working alongside line managers to identify needs and creating job specs.
  • Posting job adverts, managing all responses.
  • Actively sourcing candidates, conducing screening interviews and selection process to put forward to hiring managers.
  • Creating a talent pools, using multiple mediums, including LinkedIn Recruitment, job boards, specific hiring programmes such as graduates and using recruitment agencies.
  • Building relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities and training providers.
  • Fully management of candidates assessment and interview stages.
  • Working with HR and Talent team to ensuring all candidates have a excellent candidate journey throughout every point of interaction and inline with companies’ values.
Personal Specification:
  • Experienced recruiting within the Insurance sector is preferred, open to Financial Services.
  • At least four years working in a RPO or inhouse recruiter roles.
  • Skilful in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Job boards and ATS systems.
  • Strong relationship building skills, both internally and externally.
