Job Title: Workplace Solutions CoordinatorSalary: Up to £32,029 per annumLocation: LondonContract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (3 months)Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week Our client is looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Workplace Solutions Coordinator to join their team in London on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in maintaining safe, functional, and welcoming workspaces across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular building inspections and manage follow-up actions to ensure a safe and compliant environment
  • Deliver day-to-day facilities management services, including building operations, logistics, and staff support
  • Manage contractors and caretaking staff on-site, ensuring work is completed to required standards
  • Handle queries and service requests through the Workplace Helpdesk, resolving or escalating issues as needed
  • Support workplace-related projects such as refurbishments, space planning, and asset replacements
  • Facilitate audits (e.g. fire safety, health & safety) and implement any recommendations
  • Oversee procurement processes and manage facilities service contracts
  • Ensure workplace standards meet all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Help create a positive experience for all colleagues through a well-maintained and responsive working environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in facilities management or workplace coordination
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and contractors
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety compliance in the workplace
  • Comfortable using helpdesk systems and managing related documentation
  • Supervisory or line management experience is a plus
