Senior Enterprise Solution ArchitectTechnology Strategy & ArchitectureWe are looking for a Senior/Lead Enterprise Solution Architect who can lead across the program of work. The role involves:* Leading the architecture strategy and vision for the program, ensuring alignment with the overall technology strategy and architecture of the company* Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.* Designing and implementing architecture solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.* Providing technical leadership and guidance to solution architects and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.* Promoting innovation and best practices in architecture and technology.* Ensuring that the solutions are delivered as designed and meet the business requirements.* Engaging with engineering teams through the lifecycle and providing technical guidance and support.* Creating a narrative and story that takes all in the enterprise through the purpose and reason to believe in the strategy.

What skills are required?* Strong expertise in enterprise solution architecture, with a focus on applications and integration.* Deep understanding of technology from a capability perspective, with the ability to rationalize and simplify.* Experience with modern technologies and frameworks, including cloud computing, microservices, and APIs.* Ability to engage with engineering teams through the lifecycle and provide technical guidance and support.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and work at a detailed level.* Track record of delivering on innovation, with an owner's/start-up mindset to growth and growing customers.People* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work comfortably at all levels from junior engineer to senior management.* Strong consulting and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with business and technology stakeholders.* Ability to create a narrative and story that takes all in the enterprise through the purpose and reason to believe in the strategy.Business* Fluent in financials and commercial topics, with the ability to create and articulate linkages between business and technology.* Strong understanding of the interactions between people, processes, and technology.* Ability to apply strategic and innovative thinking to problem-solving.Preferred Qualifications* Experience in the insurance industry or a strong interest in the insurance business and its future direction.* Track record of delivering on innovation, with an owner's/start-up mindset to growth and growing customers.* Demonstrable accountable ownership of architecture across a significant/complex program of work
