Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a key role in managing sales administration and overseeing financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively chase and follow up on quotations.
  • Gather necessary information to prepare and issue quotations.
  • Send quotations to clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
  • Manage invoicing processes using Xero.
  • Perform credit checks and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screenings for new customers.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices via phone and email.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly debtors reports and internal financial updates.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities.
  • Manage the general inbox and ensure timely responses to correspondence.
  • Handle office telephone inquiries and route calls appropriately.
  • Support with general administrative duties and office management tasks as required.

Location

  • Our modern offices are conveniently located in Oval, London

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (37.5 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break).
