A leading global property and construction consultancy is looking for a passionate and experienced Sustainability Consultant to join their growing sustainability team. With a rapidly expanding national presence and clients across both public and private sectors, this is an exciting opportunity to lead on the delivery of green building certifications, particularly BREEAM and WELL.

This role comes with a clear pathway to becoming their Certifications Lead for the UK, managing the BREEAM, WELL and GRESB service lines.

• Manage BREEAM certification processes from inception to completion
• Lead WELL Building Standard assessments and ensure projects meet wellness criteria
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and design teams to integrate sustainability strategies
• Produce high-quality reports and guidance notes for clients and internal teams
• Deliver workshops and host sustainability-focused design meetings
• Stay current with relevant legislation and sustainability standards in the built environment
• Support the preparation of sustainability content for bids and tenders

• Qualified BREEAM Assessor with experience delivering BREEAM New Construction assessments
• WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) or strong understanding of WELL certification
• Knowledge of additional certification schemes (e.g. LEED, SKA) is beneficial
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Proficient in BREEAM tools such as IES Tap and Tracker+
• Educated to degree level in a relevant subject (e.g. sustainability, environmental science, architecture, construction)
• Full UK driving licence and vehicle preferred (not essential for London-based roles)
