About the role:

'The business is growing quickly and with the recent promotion of our existing Events Associate, the time has come to find a new Events Associate. This individual will manage critical tasks, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality member experiences. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.'

You will be required to:

  • Complete event management duties, including - sourcing and booking venues (approximately 150 a year), manage event communication and coordinate venue logistics.
  • On-board new members to the membership programme.
  • Prepare and distribute materials for training programmes.
  • Diary management for the Founder,
  • Process expenses and invoices.
  • Support the broader team with any ad hoc administrative tasks.
