Looking for an experienced event coordinator who is hard-working and eager to go straight into a Private Equity firm who are based in the City near London Bridge.
About the role:
'The business is growing quickly and with the recent promotion of our existing Events Associate, the time has come to find a new Events Associate. This individual will manage critical tasks, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality member experiences. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.'
You will be required to:
- Complete event management duties, including - sourcing and booking venues (approximately 150 a year), manage event communication and coordinate venue logistics.
- On-board new members to the membership programme.
- Prepare and distribute materials for training programmes.
- Diary management for the Founder,
- Process expenses and invoices.
- Support the broader team with any ad hoc administrative tasks.
