This is an incredible opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant and Private PA to provide comprehensive support to a high-net-worth entrepreneur across their multiple businesses. Our client is an established businessman and is at the forefront of multiple industries, including technology, hospitality, film production and more, and is looking for a right-hand assistant to support him across his businesses, as well as his busy private life. This is an exciting opportunity to support an inspirational principal who has a growing and diverse portfolio of businesses.

A varied and fast-paced role, you will provide first-class assistance and support ot the principal across all areas of his life; you will always be required to be two steps ahead, pre-empting the principal's needs and ensuring that everything runs smoothly at all times. Proactive in nature, you will be a natural problem-solver, with the ability to foresee any issues that arise. Hardworking, professional and well-presented, our client is looking for an EA who is an ambassador for him and is confident and capable of organising and attending high-profile events.

This role is based in the vibrant West End offices with usual office hours from 9am-5.30pm. The role requires the EA to be in the office from Monday to Thursday, and work from home on Fridays. Flexibility is key, as you may need to assist the principal occasionally after hours or on weekends to address high-priority tasks or urgent matters.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the principal's busy and complex schedule, which spans multiple time zones.
  • You will be responsible for managing both his business and personal calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while prioritising and gatekeeping requests for optimal time management.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Your support will extend to coordinating various projects across different business interests, assisting the principal in tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • You will liaise with the principal's family and oversee management of the household, including finances, scheduling, and staff management.
  • For the businesses, you will prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings while conducting relevant research on topics of interest.
  • You will also be responsible for organising and coordinating both business and private events, managing all logistical details.
  • Your efforts will enable the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives and drive business growth.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally supporting HNW individuals or entrepreneurs
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in using various software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management applications
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as collaboratively within the existing team
  • A high degree of flexibility and adaptability to tackle any and all business and personal projects with a calm demeanour in high-pressure situations
  • Personable and motivating to ensure the upkeep of office morale
  • Degree educated, or higher education equivalent
  • Based in London with the right to work in the UK
  • Excellent, verifiable references
