They are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Experience Assistant to collaborate closely with Centre Managers, helping to uphold and enhance our award-winning service standards. Daily Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Consistently deliver superior client service that surpasses expectations.
  • Administrative Support: Aid in handling administrative duties to assist Centre Managers.
  • Client Transitions: Facilitate client move-ins and move-outs, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Space Customisation: Participate in the design and customisation of office spaces.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute client events to boost engagement and satisfaction.
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform regular inspections to uphold high standards across our facilities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the client experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
