Daily Responsibilities- Client Service: Consistently deliver superior client service that surpasses expectations.
- Administrative Support: Aid in handling administrative duties to assist Centre Managers.
- Client Transitions: Facilitate client move-ins and move-outs, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Space Customisation: Participate in the design and customisation of office spaces.
- Event Management: Plan and execute client events to boost engagement and satisfaction.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform regular inspections to uphold high standards across our facilities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Hospitality Passion: Innate ability to provide outstanding client service.
- Attention to Detail: Committed to maintaining the highest standards in every task.
- Problem-Solving: Efficient in offering quick and effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Strong team player with a cooperative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
- Proactivity: Always eager to exceed expectations and take initiative.
- Experience: Preferably 1+ year in a client-facing, hospitality, or administrative role. However, those with transferable skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
