- Extensive diary management for MDs and team
- Arrange all meetings, including logistics such as booking conference calls and meeting rooms
- Extensive verbal and written interaction with colleagues and external clients
- Extensive multi-stop travel organisation including preparation of itineraries
- Processing of monthly expenses using Concur
- Event management as required
- Support with any additional adhoc projects and requests as needed
- Proven experience working within a similar role
- Experience working within Investment Banking is desired
- Excellent communication skills
