Due to a recent internal move and ongoing business demands, we are keen to secure a career-minded Executive Assistant to help support a dynamic, busy and innovative CFO. Primarily working a hybrid model out of their London office, this opportunity will entail a broad range of administrative support and business tasks and requires someone who can work in a fast-paced and robust environment, whilst showing initiative, creative flair, attention to detail and the ability to be highly independent, self-managed/motivated.

Duties Involved:

  • Supporting the European CFO with day-to-day administration duties such as diary management, email correspondence and any adhoc requests
  • Coordinating complex / detailed meetings, preparing reports, org charts and ensuring that all documentation required is 100% accurate and to a level of expectation
  • Manage and process all expenses, collecting receipts and travel costs accordingly
  • Book and coordinate travel itineraries
  • Working with the Management team across a variety of business interests and provide relevant management reports, stats, trend analysis and performance data where required - must be highly numerate and able to think of their feet
  • Contribute to a harmonious work environment through the provision of an exemplary service regarding communication and delivery of assigned projects - must be able to work autonomously, show great initiative and lead by example
  • Help manage and steer the business culture with all initiatives, campaigns and communication, working with a variety of 3rd parties. Must be able to contribute to the business with ease and experience, ensuring that all communication is 100% within regulations and shows creativity, relevance and strengthens brand awareness
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of all captured data, tracking and tracing information where necessary on business performance, measurements, products and such like - liaise with wider business to collate such information, building credibility and professional relationships across the business
  • Work as a gatekeeper & enforcer, ensuring that you become an extension of the CFO
  • Prepare complex presentations on PowerPoint (internal and external)
  • Provide support to senior stakeholders/DR’s as required
  • Project work (as dictated by business trends and growth)
  • Identify smarter ways of working and assist in managing a demanding workload

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of working as an EA/Admin support with the ability and attitude to take on any task and be very flexible around and with working hours when required
  • Previous work experience within a high-tech industry preferred
  • Advanced MS office skills to include PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong and polished communication skills - professionally presented with excellent customer facing skills
  • Attention to detail - an absolute must
  • Must have strong numeracy skills
  • Starter/finisher & sense of urgency to tasks. Excellent Time Management.

This is a permanent role working 3 days from their office in London and 2 days working from home.
