Executive Assistant – 12-month FTC£55,000West End, London – Hybrid (3:2)I have a fantastic opportunity for an EA to join a financial services company, working within Investor Relations. The successful candidate will have experience of and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment, where interpersonal communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset are essential. You will have attention to detail and be highly organised.What you’ll do:
  • Take part in coordinating roadshows and client events
  • Gatekeep emails, calls and queries and distribute to team appropriately
  • Be the first point of contact for stakeholders and act on their behalf
  • Proactive diary and inbox management
  • Prepare and circulate agendas, materials and minutes/actions
  • Monitor and follow up on actions
  • Manage Outlook filing system
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments etc
  • Arrange complex travel
  • General administrative tasks such as expenses, post, printing and scanning
  • Liaise with clients to foster relationships
  • Plan all team events and manage logistics for international teams
What you’ll need:
  • Experience in providing PA/EA support at a senior level within financial services
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience of working in a client-oriented environment, ensuring confidentiality is upheld at all times
  • Professional and confident to communicate with stakeholders and clients
  • Flexibility and willingness to strive for continuous improvement
  • Ability to cope with a wide range of competing demands and changing priorities
  • Be able to accommodate for flexible working hours depending on needs of the business
