EA to CEO
5 days in the office - City

A highly entrepreneurial financial services/insurance services business is looking for an EA to support the CEO and one other Board member. The business has an international flavour and is growing fast.
They operate in a highly inclusive style where staff are trusted and treated well. They are based 5 days a week in the City office and offer excellent scope for development alongside an amazing salary and benefits package which includes a very generous bonus!
Looking for an Executive Assistant to manage the smooth running of the CEO days (+ one other board member) and ensure they are both prepared for all their meetings, keeping on top of important emails in their inboxes. There will be extensive stakeholder management and ability to build great relationships is key.
Looking for an EA who displays passion and pride in their career, perhaps looking to move up to supporting a CEO but must have some Board experience/exposure. Must have Board/SLT level EA experience in Financial/Insurance services.
Key duties:
- Diary Management for the CEO and one other board member
- Proactively manage and forward plan to ensure travel is coordinated correctly across time zones and balanced with regular meetings
- Booking various modes of transports, accommodation, chauffeurs, security services on location.
- Co-ordinating business diaries to ensure there are no clashes
- Liaising with internal and external clients and service providers.
- Preparing and issuing meeting notes, minutes and reports and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Collation, compilation and distribution of reports, information packs in preparation for meetings.
- Inbox management for CEO and one other board member
- Preparing presentations for both internal and external use to the standard required.
- Gatekeeping
- Expense management
- Email/document dictation
Key Experience:
- Taking a pro-active approach towards work
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Complex Inbox Management
- Board level PA work within FS/Insurance services
- Complex travel management (including visas)
- Financial Services and/or Insurance experience and experience in a fast-paced environment
