This varied and fast-paced role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior executives, manage complex diaries, coordinate high-level meetings and events, and provide exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Full diary management for the Executive Team
  • Arranging domestic and international travel and accommodation in line with company policy
  • Coordinating expenses and credit card reconciliations for Directors
  • Organising key company events such as board meetings, breakfast briefings, and long service celebrations
  • Preparing documentation, raising purchase orders, and providing general admin support
  • Liaising with internal colleagues and external partners, brands, and suppliers
  • Managing the logistics for board-level meetings including scheduling, minute-taking, catering, and room preparation
Skills and Experience:
  • 5 years of EA experience in a similar role including some experience supporting multiple executives
  • High level of organisation and diary management skills
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to multi-task and problem solve
  • Discreet, professional, and reliable with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with high-level stakeholders and building strong internal relationships
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Teams
  • A team player with initiative who can also work independently
