This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented candidate who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is seeking a long-term role with room for growth.What You’ll Be DoingThis role is heavily focused on administration, executive support, and office management. You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Complex diary and inbox management for the CEO
  • Booking international and domestic travel, hotels, and cars
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, managing communications and priorities
  • Handling expenses and liaising with the bookkeeper on invoicing
  • Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Organising internal meetings, catering, and team events
  • Overseeing office operations – supplies, facilities, and client-facing duties
Who You AreYou’re a dependable and highly organised EA with a strong sense of initiative and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. You enjoy being the go-to person in the office and take pride in supporting a busy team.Key requirements:
  • 2–3+ years' experience as an EA
  • Previous experience in finance, professional services, or a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident managing competing priorities independently
  • Personable and professional – a strong ambassador for the business
  • Right to work in the UK
