Key Details:Role: EA supporting the Real Estate TeamStart date: ASAPHours: 08:30- 17:30 Days in Office: 4 days, Fri WFHSalary: Up to £70,000Location: LondonBenefits: Discretionary BonusCompany Overview:We are currently working on a high-level Senior Executive Assistant position supporting 5–7 UK-based individuals in the Real Estate team. Our client is a highly successful firm making this an extremely exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate. This role would be suited for a highly experienced EA with a background in Financial Services.Responsibilities:
  • Managing complex calendars and coordinating appointments, meetings, conferences, and extensive travel arrangements (both domestic and international)
  • Booking conference rooms, arranging catering and A/V equipment as needed, and preparing meeting materials (digital or print)
  • Tracking business and travel receipts; compiling and submitting accurate, well-allocated expense reports for all team members
  • Handling conference attendance, including registration, payment, attendee tracking, and liaison with representatives where necessary
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external clients; responding to emails and phone calls; ensuring all meeting requests are addressed
  • Maintaining organized, up-to-date files and records; managing incoming mail, legal documents, and other correspondence
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including senior leadership, colleagues, vendors, and visitors
  • Demonstrating reliability, confidentiality, and sound judgment to build trust
  • Completing various ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned
  • Cover reception twice a month - rota
 SKills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant administrative experience within financial services 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Adobe Acrobat DC, and Concur; experience with Monday.com is a plus
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
