This key role supports the Registry during a time of transition, ensuring smooth student administration across enrolments, records, exams and statutory returns.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update student records (enrolments, interruptions, awards)
  • Support exams, results processing, and examination boards
  • Ensure data accuracy and assist with statutory returns (HESA, SLC)
  • Liaise with internal departments and partner institutions
  • Provide student support and contribute to key university events
About You:
  • Experience in Higher Education administration, ideally within a Registry
  • Ability to understand numerical data and use it for analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to accurately record and relay information.
  • Confident handling student data and working under pressure
