- Maintain and update student records (enrolments, interruptions, awards)
- Support exams, results processing, and examination boards
- Ensure data accuracy and assist with statutory returns (HESA, SLC)
- Liaise with internal departments and partner institutions
- Provide student support and contribute to key university events
- Experience in Higher Education administration, ideally within a Registry
- Ability to understand numerical data and use it for analysis and reporting.
- Ability to accurately record and relay information.
- Confident handling student data and working under pressure
