One of our notable City law firm clients are currently recruiting for a Junior Legal Assistant to join their growing Employment team!
With a competitive salary up to £30k and attractive hybrid working (3 days in the office) this is the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to flourish in their career!
In this role, you'd be working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30 and their offices are very centrally based near Liverpool Street.
Duties include:
- Arranging meetings and booking conference rooms
- Creating new client files
- Answer calls and handle queries
- Produce and amend legal documents
- Assist with billing
- General ad hoc administration
Skills required:
- You must have at least 2-3 years of Administration or PA experience in law firm preferably or professional services.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong typing speed above 60WPM
- Able to take initiative and manage own workload
- Excellent team player and rapport-building skills
- Service driven and dedicated
