Job Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant to CEO
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months - 12 months, with potential to become permanent
Hours: 12-20 hours per week (Flexible on days/hours)
Pay: 23-27phr (flexible)
Location: Mostly remote with frequent visits to Marylebone/Hampstead
Overview
This is a part-time Executive Assistant role supporting a CEO of a global company with no UK office. The role is heavily focused on personal support, diary coordination, and assisting with the CEO's relocation to the UK. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, informal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Assistant support to the CEO
- Predominantly personal and lifestyle-focused duties
- Booking restaurants, travel, and appointments
- Attending the CEO's apartment as required
- Paying bills and handling ad-hoc personal administration
- Managing and responding to emails on behalf of the CEO, particularly relating to speaking engagements and events
- Supporting the CEO with their relocation and settling into the UK
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous PA or EA experience, supporting senior individuals
- Confident with technology and comfortable using AI tools
- Proactive, uses initiative, and able to anticipate needs
- Growth mindset with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Strong London knowledge and experience
- Warm, friendly, and personable manner
- Flexible and reliable
- Experience using Airtable is highly desirable
