Are you an organised and dynamic individual looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading energy regulator is seeking a Personal Assistant to support their Deputy Directors and contribute to a collaborative team. If you thrive on multitasking and enjoy being a key player in a busy office, we want to hear from you!

Start ASAP, pay £19ph, hours Monday-Friday 36 hours per week, the duration of the role is for three months with the possibility of a further three-month extension, this is a hybrid working role and you will be required to work in the office one day a week, location Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will be required to go through a DBS clearance before starting.

About the Role:

As a Personal Assistant, you will be the backbone of the executive team, providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to 3 Deputy Directors. Your skills will help facilitate smooth operations and enable our leaders to focus on delivering a clean, affordable, and secure energy system for consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management:Take charge of the Deputy Directors' calendars, ensuring their time is used efficiently and effectively.
  • Administrative Support:Carry out general administrative duties, assisting Team Managers whenever possible.
  • Meeting Preparation:Ensure timely delivery of relevant papers and briefings so that our leaders are always prepared.
  • Relationship Building:Develop strong working relationships with colleagues across the organisation, providing excellent service to the Deputy Directors.
  • Team Collaboration:Be an approachable team member, contributing to team meetings and covering for other PAs/EAs as needed.
  • Additional Tasks:Embrace any other tasks that align with the role.

  • Experience:Proven experience in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Interpersonal Skills:Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with staff and industry contacts at all levels.

  • Team Player:A collaborative spirit, demonstrating the ability to work well within a team.
  • Tech Savvy:Highly proficient in the MS Office suite, including OneNote.
